This recipe is inspired from the traditional Moroccan lemon preserve recipe. I have changed it just a tiny bit as the original recipe had too much salt for my taste.
I would recommend using organic lemons for this recipe as it will be consumed semi raw or cured.
I am a huge believer in the power of probiotics and always try to include a little bit with my meals. There is a lot of information about the good it does us on the internet so I won't get into it here. This can be used to cook with and to have as a side.
I would recommend washing off a bit of the salt before you eat it.
I highly recommend making this with the easy salad and the Fish recipe listed on the website.
