This quick and easy hummus recipe is perfect for those spontaneous cravings, sudden guests and to be quite honest, anytime really.
You can substitute bread sticks or moroccan bread with celery and carrot sticks. For extra colour, throw in some capsicums.
My kids love dipping into this when lunch or dinner is not yet ready. It's a healthy appetiser and gets them to snack on veggies instead of chips or cookies.
Mine lasted for a good 10 days in the refrigerator. Store the hummus right at the back of the refrigerator to increase it's shelf life.
